By Contributor: Mahima

So do have that special person in your office that you want to impress? Or you just feel bold? Or maybe glamorous? Or you just want to wear a bright lipsticks for work? i recreated this look that you can achieve in just ‘5’ steps and look really glamorous :D AND THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL IT WILL TAKE YOU ONLY 5 MINS! So lets get starteddd!

Step1: Start off by doing you base makeup and eyebrows. For the base I’ll suggest using a bb or cc cream as it take no time to apply but if you want you can go on for foundation :D we will do whatever works best for us, RIGHT?

Step2: take any shimmery eyeshadow and apply it all over your lid, brow bone and inner corner. PRODUCT USED: NYX e/s in silk.

Step3: apply your mascaraa, if you want a more natural look but if you are a kaajal person like me then apply some kajal to your lower lashline. PRODUCT USED: mascara- Maybelline falsies Kajal- Maybelline gel eyeliner.

Step4: apply your blush, I would suggest using a pinky blush as it will add that sweet touch to your look but again it totally depends upon your personal preference. PRODUCT USED: Maybelline cheeky glow in the shade ‘peachy sweetie’

Step5: GO BOLD WITH THIS STEP. I chose to go for a orangy red color for the lips, you can choose a bright red, orange or a bright pink too. PRODUCT USED: MAC lipstick in ‘LADY DANGER’

Other lipstick recommendations- girl about town by mac, ruby woo by mac, Russian red by mac, loreal caresse wet shine stain in ‘eve’ or ‘juliet’. And many many more, just use what works for you.

WOOHOOOO we are done guys. Makeup is all about experimenting and choosing what suits you the most but sometimes its better to move out a bit of our comfort zone to see what we are missing. So if you are not a bright lipstick person, just try it once (even at home) and see what difference it can make.

  1. i always use really dramatic mascara for work makeup..definitely not any lip colour beyond soft pink but definitely bold eyes with proper black outline and dramatic mascara and blush!

    • You’ll never know till you try. So just give it a go, if not in office then for shopping or stuff and let me tell you one thing wearing eyeshadows and stuff could look a little overdone but just a bright lip color and everything natural looks amazing and fresh :D

  8. Hi Mahima! I love all your makeup tutorials, and might I add, I think you are absolutely gorgeous!
Do you have any tips to properly fill out eyebrows so that they look thicker? it would be really helpful if you could do a tutorial on filling out and making eyebrows look thicker!

    • Thankyouu so so much kritikaa♡
Well, I naturally have thick or I’d say medium eyebrows but here’s a ‘GOLDEN TIP’ for any type of eyebrows, use a gel liner with an angled brush to fill in your brows, this not only looks really polished but stays on forever and doesnt even smears if you draw a little outside and dont forget to brush your brows before and after doing this. There’s not need to set it with a brow powder but if you want you can. Also use a brown gel liner cuz black would look crazy.before you ask me , I use maybelline gel liner in brown.

  9. Love the dramatic lashes and bold lips combo.
